The Duke of Edinburgh reserves the right to close
the site at short notice which could be less than a month, please ensure that when you book, details are left so
that we can contact you in the event that the site does close.
We will endeavour to provide as much notice as
possible via the contact details you have left with us, but cannot be held
responsible for any loss other than any deposit which may have been paid to The
Duke of Edinburgh.
If you are unable to accept this condition then we would
advise you not to book, we apologise for having to take this action but the site
is planned for sale in the near future.

In previous years, we have
always expressed flexibility on the positioning of caravans, camper vans
and tents, this flexibility however has been abused in the past with people
positioning themselves in inappropriate parts of the field and crossing pitches.
As a result, strict pitch lines will be enforced as well as a
maximum of two vehicles parked on the field within your allocated pitch, other
vehicles may be parked
within the main car park. (Visitor numbers to your pitch may be
restricted).
At all times, vehicles,
camping equipment and accessories must be kept within your pitch guide lines,
all guests must book in at the main bar to obtain pitch number, pay on arrival
for the whole of your stay and accept the site
terms & conditions of use.
You should not change your allocated pitch number unless agreed with reception.
Dogs must be kept under
control at all times - We regret we are unable to accept bookings in excess of
15 days at a time!

Our Touring & Camping site is
open to book between the two weeks before Easter to October each year*.
The pitch is lovely and quiet, a hidden 'gem' in North Norfolk some have
said...
Each pitch is large and has an electrical hook-up if you require
electricity and is located about 100 yards from the
The Duke
public bar and restaurant, so you do not have too far to walk after an
enjoyable meal or a drink in our bar...
We have 'Live' music entertainment in the bar most
Friday & Saturday nights, please see the What's on
page for our gig programme.

We have very limited
shower and WC facilities with just one private shower/WC available
within the main building 24hrs, the pub WC's can be used during opening
hours.
Tents aware! - We have no facilities for
the washing of pots and pans!
Fresh drinking water, litter
disposal and WC waste disposal is available free of charge.
Electricity hook up is
available, subject to availability at a charge see below:

Tariff 2011
All pitches are charged at
£10.00 per night payable in advance, we regret there is no refund for early
departure regardless of the reason for that departure.
If you need to cross pitch
lines, two pitches will be charged and this must be booked!
Electric Hook -up facility
is an extra £3.00 per night
Those not requiring
electricity hook up may be positioned on the centre of the site.
